Professional Fee/Rate

Fees for 2011 for Southern Africa SADC region. Request rates for other regions.

 Professional fee : R 9,800.00 - R 15,500 per event/per day

(Intensive one day/half day course, keynote, facilitation and training).

• Beza is not confirmed for an engagement until a
  
  Signed agreement and 50% deposit has been received.
• The balance of the fee is due 10 days prior to the event.

In the event of a cancellation:

• If the client cancels, the 50% deposit is not refundable.
• If the client cancels within 7 days of the engagement date, the full fee is still payable.
• In the event of cancellation by Beza (unlikely), all monies paid to the speaker will be refunded. Alternatively you may choose to have the speaker organise an event on a day of your choice.

Detail of payment will be advised depending on the content and duration of the event and travel requirements.

Travel , Accommodation and Meals- These are the responsibility of the Customer and is not included in the price of the Services. Travel must be flying and includes airport transfer and accommodation including hotel charges including accommodation, meals and refreshments will be paid for by the client. This does not include phone calls, alcohol or leisure activities.

PAYMENT

Payment of the full fee must be made as stated in our price list before the date of the start of the event.

COPYRIGHT & NON COMPETITION

The Customer acknowledges that all intellectual property rights (including without limit copyright) in any materials related to or used in the provision of the Services or any part thereof remain Our sole property (including but without limitation all powerpoint presentation, course outlines, dvd or tape recordings transcripts books papers records notes notebooks memoranda journals diaries outlines drafts letters photographs other digital representations and illustrations irrespective of the medium in or on which such objects are held) (and any reconstruction, reproduction, recording or copy thereof) will be an infringement of our rights and the Customer may not authorise any dissemination, publication disclosure or other use of any such materials without our written consent.
